Caps ’n Plugs offers standard and custom-molded plastic caps and plastic plugs that protect automotive parts from unwanted substances.
Plastic tabs and plugs come in a variety of shapes and sizes, including round, square, rectangular, pull tabs, HP Series plugs, and tapered caps and plugs. Caps ’n Plugs can make these in a variety of materials to suit, including standard vinyl, high-temperature, non-staining for copper tubing, anti-static, textured, FDA approved, and UL qualifiable.
Plastic plugs and plastic caps may also be used as thread protectors, covers for bolts and seals, masks during painting, plating and coating applications, insulators, pipe caps, and cable end seals.
Caps ‘n Plugs’ rectangular plastic caps can be made with either a flat or round end.
Similar to their plastic caps, plastic pull tabs from Caps ’n Plugs have a tab to grab hold of, making removal easy. Tapered plastic caps and plugs are handy because they can be used as both cap and plug and are suitable for both threaded or nonthreaded holes.
