6125
Model #6125 can cut filament, polyimide, acetate, glass cloth, double sided and most other types of tape up to 2 inches wide. Dual sensors allow the model #6125 to work with 1 roll of tape up to 2 inch wide or 2 rolls of tape up to 1 inch wide each, the unique cradle device means that this machine can work with any core size tape and large roll sizes. Able to work with both pressure sensitive and non-pressure sensitive items, the model #6125 has both manual and semi-automatic modes, is small and compact and has an easy to use control panel with led indicators.
6100SS
This automatic feed and cut definite length tape dispenser can work with 1 roll of tape up to 2 inch wide or 2 rolls of tape each up to 1 inch wide. Reliable and easy to use with push button and led controls, this dispenser can cut most types of pressure sensitive tape from 3/4 inch to 39 inch inch length. In automatic setting the model #6100-ss will feed the next piece of tape as soon as the preivous one has been removed. Simply holding the feed button will allow for random lengths of tape to be fed. Small bench top design, exclusive safety shield to protect the operator and adjustable tape pressure to ensure positive tape feeding are all advantages of this machine.
Z-Cut 2
A high productivity carousel dispenser which automatically cuts and places a predetermined length of tape on a rotating carousel for maximum singular or multiple operator efficiency. The Z-cut 2 accepts tape widths from .125 to .98 inch (3 to 25 mm) and cuts lengths from .51 inch to 2.36 inch (13 to 60 mm). The Z-cut 2 allows up to 20 pieces of tape to be cut at the press of a button. Accepts most tapes and is perfect for specialty packaging, cell manufacturing and assembly work. A proven time and labour saver.
Z-Cut 4
Model Z-CUT 4 will automatically dispense and cut virtually any type of tape. Designed for use on very heavy hard to cut tapes including filament tapes, carpet tapes and double sided tapes and for high productivity applications, Z-CUT 4 works both inch manual and automatic modes. Able to cut tapes up to 3 inch wide the Z-cut 4 has a compact bench top design, heavy duty all steel construction, digital push button display optional foot pedal and the ability to cut most types of tapes with a close tolerance for length.
