Net 30 Days (upon approval of credit) or C.O.D. / Visa / Mastercard. All overseas orders must be fully prepaid before shipping by either Visa or bank wire transfer in U.S. dollars.

Minimum Billing

$50.00 per order


For broken quantity lots, our MiniPaks are 1/5 the quantity of the standard carton of stock items*.

If you require a custom broken quantity of stock items* the price will be double the list price.


Product returns will only be accepted back within 30 days of purchase with a Caps'n Plugs Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. No returns will be accepted on non-stock or special order parts. Outgoing freight is not credited. Returns are subject to a restocking charge of either 15% or $25.00, whichever is more.


Pricing is quoted based on the quantity indicated, and if such order is cancelled short of the quoted quantity any time period, the customer will be liable for cancellation charges. In the event of cancellation involving non-standard materials, colours, and/or tooling, the purchaser assumes all responsibility and may be asked for immediate payment.

All claims for shortages or defective material must be made within thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Parts proving defective will be replaced or credited, but no claims for labor or damages will be allowed without our written consent.


Caps 'n Plugs reserves the right to change the quantities in its standard carton consistent with current packaging and/or shipping practices.


All contracts are subject to approval by an officer of Caps 'n Plugs. All contracts are made contingent upon strikes, fires, accidents, clerical errors or other causes beyond our control.


Unpaid invoices amounts shall constitute a lien on any merchandise ordered by customers but not yet shipped.


The uses to which our products are put are solely within the discretion and responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Purchaser of standard and custom parts assumes any and all liability arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of such standard or custom parts and hereby agrees to indemnify Caps 'n Plugs for such liability.

Product Warranty

Our product is guaranteed to be free from defective material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment, and this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any defective product. Any part proving to be defective upon inspection at the factory will be replaced. No allowance, credits or reimbursements will be made for any returned products unless authorized by Caps 'n Plugs. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

There are no warranties either expressed or implied which extend beyond the description above, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


Customer orders that have to be manufactured including non-standard colours or materials, custom parts, or vinyl dip mouldings are considered complete with up to ± 10% deviation of the quantity of parts ordered.


Standard catalogue items are quoted in accordance with our print. If customer's print deviates from our print in any form, customer's pring will be considered null and void. Custom parts will be furnished in accordance with our print and/or specifications.

Freight Terms

F.O.B. Brampton, Ontario. All rights and titles to merchandise transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Environmental Statement

Many of the resins used in the manufacturing of our products are thermoplastic materials. As such, our parts can be re-ground, re-melted and molded or extruded into other products. Our products are heavy-metal free and coloured with only organic pigments.
